Austin is facing a climate emergency. Deregulation, pollution, and a lack of coordination between environmental efforts threaten our communities — especially those most vulnerable. Join environmental organizations, student activists, civic leaders, and policy change makers for a working summit.

Counting yourself. If you're bringing a team or a class, an estimate is plenty — it helps us get the catering count right.

Lunch is locally sourced with plant-based options. Tell us about allergies or restrictions and we'll pass them to the kitchen.

Getting there

Parking is free, and open to everyone.

Park in the ACC Rio Grande garage (the 4000 Garage) at 824 W 12th Street, Austin, TX 78701. The entrance is on 12th Street, just west of West Avenue. No permit and no ACC affiliation needed — anyone attending can park there at no charge.

From the garage it's a short walk across campus to the Center for Government & Civic Service, 1218 West Avenue, Austin, TX 78701.

Driving

Put 824 W 12th Street in your GPS. Seven levels — if Level 1 is full, keep going up.

Accessible parking

ADA spaces are in the lot on the north side of campus, off 13th Street, closest to the accessible entrance.

Two wheels

Motorcycle parking is marked on Level 1 and Levels 2–7 of the garage.

Coming by bus or bike? The campus is downtown at 12th and West Avenue, a few minutes from several routes, and there's bike parking on site. If you need help getting here, say so in the RSVP form above and we'll sort it out.
